Announcement for the support of BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) Network Upgrade and Hard Fork

Dear Users,

The BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) will undergo a network upgrade and hard fork on the BNB Beacon Chain network at 08:00 (UTC+8), on January 23rd, 2024.

To provide a better service and user experience, BITOY will support the BNB Smart Chain network (BEP20) upgrade and hard fork. Starting from 23rd January, 2024, 07:00 (UTC+8), the deposit and withdrawal services for the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network will be temporarily suspended.

Please note:

• During the suspension, users can still trade tokens supported by BEP20 network.
• If needed, please deposit and withdraw in advance.
• Once the network upgrade and hard fork is completed, the deposit and withdrawal services will be restored immediately. BITOY will announce separately when the services resume.
