The following is the process for internal asset transfer within the BITOY account:

I. Log in to the BITOY official website

Step 1. Enter the BITOY official website: www.bitoy.com;

Step 2. Click on the 'Assets' option in the upper right corner and select 'Wallet';

Step 3. Access the 'Wallet Account' interface, choose the asset you want to withdraw, click 'Withdraw'—select 'Internal';

*Note: For 'Internal' withdrawals, enter 'Email' or 'Phone Number' or 'UID';

Step 4. Click 'Withdraw' and wait for the withdrawal to be processed immediately.

Note: Internal transfers on the platform incur no fees!
