I. Log in to the BITOY official website

Step 1. Enter the BITOY official website: www.bitoy.com;

Step 2. Log in to the BITOY account and select 'User Center' in the upper right corner;

II. Access the 'User Center'

Step 1. Choose to open 'Overview' or 'Security Center';

Step 2. Select 'Login Password' and click 'Change Now';

Step 3. Enter the 'Old Password,' re-enter the 'New Password,' and confirm to successfully reset.

How to reset the fund password?

Step 1. Follow the same steps as resetting the login password mentioned above, log in to the official website, and open the user center;

Step 2. In 'Overview' or 'Security Center,' select 'Fund Password' and click 'Modify';

Step 3. Re-enter the 'New Password' and wait for email verification, then confirm to complete the setup.

Note:
After resetting the login or fund password, asset withdrawals are not allowed within 24 hours!
