How to change the email address or phone number on BITOY (Web version)

Using changing the email address as an example (the steps for changing the phone number are the same):

I. Log in to the BITOY official website

Step 1. Enter the BITOY official website: www.bitoy.com;

Step 2. Log in to your BITOY account and select the "User Center" in the upper right corner;

II. Access the "User Center"

Step 1. Choose to open "Overview" or "Security Center";

Step 2. Select "Email Verification" or "Phone Verification" and choose to change;

Step 3. Enter the current "Email Verification Code" and "Google Verification Code"; (If using a phone, enter the "SMS Verification Code")

Step 4. Re-enter the "New Email Verification Code" and select Confirm;

Note:

After resetting the email and phone number, asset withdrawals are not allowed within 24 hours!
