Here is the process for resetting login and transaction passwords within the BITOY APP:

Step 1. Download and log in to the BITOY APP by selecting it from the official BITOY website;

Step 2. Open the BITOY APP ➡ Choose the upper-left corner "User Center" ➡ Click on "Security";

Step 3. Select "Modify Login Password" ➡ Enter the "Old Password," input the "New Password," and confirm to reset successfully;

Step 4. Choose "Modify Fund Password" ➡ Enter the "New Password" and wait for email verification ➡ Confirm to set;

Note: After resetting the login or fund password, asset withdrawals are not allowed within 24 hours.
