Scenario 1: Recharge Amount Below Minimum Deposit
If the recharge amount is below the minimum deposit, consider making another recharge. Once the combined sum exceeds the minimum deposit, both will be credited simultaneously.

In case of an incorrect recharge:
Log in to your BITOY account.
Contact customer service through the Help Center or Telegram community.
Provide necessary information for BITOY to assist in recovery.
Asset Recovery Rules:
Recovery attempts are made to the best of our ability; however, a 100% guarantee cannot be ensured.
Unsupported currencies may result in permanent loss or incur recovery fees.
BITOY aims to assist in recovering assets within 30 working days.

Scenario 5: Recharging to an Address Not Owned by BITOY
If coins are recharged to an unrelated address, BITOY cannot recover them. We recommend contacting the address owner through alternative means.
Scenario 6: Incorrect Tag for Tagged Coins (Already in Use)
Providing an incorrect tag already in use cannot be processed by the platform. Exercise caution when filling out tags.
