BITOY's User Agreement on One-Click Copy Trading

Dear users,
Please carefully review the following terms and conditions of service, as the platform will automatically consider you to have agreed to and complied with the terms of this service agreement when you engage in copy trading operations. This includes any modifications and adjustments to the agreement made by the platform at any time.

Agreement Content
I. Client Eligibility
The customer should be a qualified investor who meets the requirements of the relevant trading laws and regulations outlined in this agreement.
The customer must be 18 years old, possess full civil rights and capacity, and have sufficient knowledge and experience to understand the nature and risks of the traded products.
The customer is the legal owner of the funds added to the BITOY account, ensuring the legality of the source of the funds or digital assets. Illegal acts are strictly prohibited on the platform.
Any cryptocurrency withdrawal address provided must be under your full control.

II. Transaction Services
You are responsible for judging the authenticity, legality, and validity of relevant bitcoin and other virtual currencies/information with caution. You must bear the resulting responsibility and losses. Unless expressly required by laws and regulations, the platform is not obligated to conduct a prior review of all users' information data, bitcoin and other virtual currencies information, transaction behavior, and other matters related to transactions.

III. Disputes and Legal Obligations
If you or other users submit mediation on the platform during transaction disputes in the one-click copy trading service, the platform has the right to make a mediation decision based on unilateral judgment. You understand and agree to accept the platform's judgment and mediation decision on transaction disputes.
The platform has the right to provide necessary information, such as user information and transaction records, to government departments at their request. If you are suspected of infringing intellectual property rights or other legitimate interests, the platform may provide your necessary identity information to the right holder, regulatory, or legal department upon preliminary judgment of suspected infringement or illegal acts.

IV. Disclaimers
You understand and agree that the platform shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, usage, data, or other intangible losses. This includes circumstances where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe there may be material violations or breaches of the law for specific members and specific transactions, or where a user's behavior on the platform is suspected of being illegal or inappropriate.
Risks associated with the copy trading function, including automated trading operations where your account can start and end trades without your manual intervention.
The delay of copying transactions may result in high costs, and one-click copy trading may fail.
The investment management service is at your own discretion, and you decide to follow a particular trader and/or strategy. In making these decisions, you have considered your overall financial situation, including financial planning, understanding that the use of the one-click copy trading feature is extremely risky and could result in a greater loss than the amount used to follow the trader.
The copy trading function provided by BITOY is for reference only, and you should assume your own risk when making investment decisions based on information provided on our website or one-click copy trading function.
You should make your own judgment before making an investment decision, considering whether investments, strategies, and any other products and services are suitable for you based on your investment objectives and personal financial situation.
You shall be solely responsible for any losses resulting from the automatic execution of operations using the copy trading function.
